Don't be fooled by the inconspicuousness of our power pack. The entire design reflects the development expertise of our engineers. The motor is just under 3 cm deep and has a diameter of less than 30 cm. The entire smart technology is housed in this space and protected from external environmental influences by the metal housing . The Pendix eDrive has no gearbox at all, so there are no mechanical wear parts. Where there is no wear, there is no need for maintenance, so you get a motor that is maintenance-free. The gearless design also has two other advantages. Firstly, it is absolutely noiseless. Secondly, you hardly feel any pedal resistance when it is switched off. So decide for yourself when you need the assistance and continue to use your bike as a bike.
