Product description: For the first two years, your Pendix eDrive1000 is covered by both the seller's warranty and our warranty. After that, this ends. By registering your product, you receive an additional 12 months manufacturer's warranty in accordance with our warranty conditions. This is free of charge for you.
Registration procedure: After you have registered your product via our store, you will receive a confirmation email from us regarding your extended warranty claim. Keep this document in a safe place so that we can help you quickly and immediately in the event of a warranty claim.
Consent to regular information: By taking out the free 3-year warranty, you agree to receive regular information from us. Only Pendix GmbH will use your e-mail address to inform you by newsletter about promotions, products and services from us, as well as general bicycle and e-bike topics.
