There is a silver label on the ePower (battery). Next to the S/N marking you will find a 6 or 7-digit number. Enter this in the field without spaces or special characters.

There is a silver label on the eMachine (motor). Next to the S/N marking you will find an 8-digit number. Enter this in the field without spaces or special characters.

There is a silver label on the measuring bottom bracket. You will find an 8-digit number next to the serial no. marking. Enter this in the field without spaces or special characters.
